As a Senior Accountant, you will have the opportunity to oversee the accounting of real estate private equity funds and projects. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in public accounting and/or private equity accounting.

Responsibilities:
- Support for Fund and Management Company reporting across several real estate platforms
- Full cycle quarterly reporting including preparing journal entries, bank reconciliations and depreciation and amortization schedules
- Review payable allocations for all invoices allocated across entities
- Review contribution, distribution, income and incentive allocations

- Ensure that credit facility schedules are updated and interest expense is calculated appropriately
- Assist with yearend audit/tax requests

- adhoc requests as needed

Position Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in public accounting and /or private equity accounting.
- Knowledge of private equity structuring a plus

- Experience with REIT and TRS reporting requirements a plus

- GAAP and tax reporting a plus
- Previous experience with Yardi and Quickbooks preferred, but not required
- CPA license preferred, but not required
- Real estate private equity experience a plus, but not required
- Exceptional Excel skills
