Job Description | Structured Credit Analyst As the Structured Credit Analyst you will partner with and assist senior level investment and finance professionals with numerous important deliverables to operations, investor relations, legal, and compliance matters. You will have the important responsibility to help manage asset attributes across multiple investment strategies for the entire firm. Additionally you will master the skill of generating and reconciling accurate and timely reports for investors and lenders. Your work and dedication will directly result in the overall success of the firm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Monitor firm’s investment pipeline through firm’s proprietary software systems • Prepare a weekly firm-wide investment pipeline / liquidity analysis • Use analytical skills to collect and monitor investment attributes for all current and future investments • Manage the credit estimate process for firm’s investments by working directly with the rating agencies • Compile and reconcile monthly and quarterly compliance reports for lenders • Prepare and review borrowing base calculations for multiple leverage facilities on an ad-hoc basis • Assist with CLO funds’ daily and monthly compliance reporting process • Assist the portfolio managers on updating monthly investor reports Education/experience: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a focus on accounting, finance or comparable • Basic understanding of CLOs, experience in managing data in a database, familiarity with credit agreements and other legal documents. • Understanding of and experience with fixed-income and floating-rate debt investments • Proficiency in MS Excel • Strong analytical skills • Detail oriented • 2-4 years’ experience working in asset management or banking with fixed and floating rate debt experience preferred. | ||
