The sucessful candidate will have OSHA, PSM (Process Safety Management), Risk Management, and Crisis Response experience. Excellent leadership skills and ability to counsel business units on compliance, enforcement and risk management required. Regulatory Advocacy experience a plus. Prior in-house experience or direct client contact and counseling experience in a law firm position a must. A technical degree or prior EHS preferred.

JD required as well as membership in a state bar. Preference for admission in OH.
