Job Description

Very High-Level JD: Soft skill tech service resources – they won’t have to go in the IT closet. Need to have people skills and interface with end users. Also need to be able to perform basic desktop hardware troubleshooting items. Help end users with Wi-Fi and desktop set up. They will escalate to the onsite teams for complex issues.
