My client is a leader in the development and production of consumer products. We our looking for dynamic individuals to join their team and have an excellent opportunity for a Sr. Mechanical Engineer/Advanced Product Development in SW Ohio.

This positions will design products for performance, cost and appearance and will have Project Management responsiblity following Design for Six Sigma and utilizing Poka Yoke, DOE and Risk Analysis to achieve the goals. As Sr. lead you will work clsoely with Marketing, Sales, Production, Quality, Manufacturing and Purchasing to insure all product related issues whether they be design, feature enhancements, value engineering, installation, packaging or any other related issues are resolved.

Bachelor's in Engineering, Engineering Techniology, ME or MET is required.
P.E. is preferred.
Minimum 8 years in building products with prior expereince in leading projects, multi-functional product teams, design and specification required.
Excellent communication skills.
Troubleshooting, cost reduction, and problem solving skills required.
