This position is responsible for testing and evaluation to ensure safety and reliability of products from feasibility phase through manufacturing for existing and new products.  You will Develop product, system and component test procedures and coordinate implementation of the procedures  for validation of performance, reliability and durability, code compliance and safety.

You will be intimately involved with testing of:

• Materials NDT (including magnetic particle, dye penetrant
• Machine stability, vibration, weight, braking, and vehicle drawbar force
• Hydraulic - pressure, flow, temperature, performance
• Electrical/Electronic - continuity, voltage, power consumption, circuit performance
• Structural - strain measurements
• Automated testing using programmable monitors and controllers
• Data Collection

You will prepare, set up, program, monitor, analyze and determine root cause failures and work closely with Reliability Engineering to establish and confirm reliability goals for machines, systems and components.  Develop the project test plans, and participate in FMEA, fault tress and safety analysis.

A BSME or related with a minimum of 3 years related work experience.
