Pharmaceutical Company seeking an attorney with experience in FDA/Regulatory matters to join a growing legal team.
KEY TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
- As Counsel, you will have significant interaction with the
commercial, regulatory affairs and quality assurance teams to provide
legal counsel on regulatory and quality matters relating to the
advertising, promotion and regulation in the marketing of
pharmaceutical drugs. Counsel on product submission and lifecycle
management, regulatory agency strategy and communications, and product
quality and safety issues.
- Your hands on litigation experience with pharmaceutical
manufacturers, investigating regulatory issues, knowledge of fraud
& abuse or direct FDA counseling are essential to this position.

REQUIREMENTS.
- Qualified
candidates will have a J.D. from a nationally recognized law school, 4+ years of experience with a major law firm working as part of the
regulatory or litigation practice groups combined with knowledge of
regulatory issues (understanding of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic
Act) or experience working at a government agency.
