- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports, including budget variances, leasing, renewal, financial, market, and payroll
- Stabilizing occupancy through leasing apartments and overseeing onsite activities and staff
- Evaluating financial performance and seasonal trends to identify and implement solutions
- Communicating and collaborating daily with staff, Regional Managers, and others as needed
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of the property, community, and competitors
- Building and supporting a team to work toward the property's goals
- Motivating, directing, and evaluating employees and handling personnel issues
- Monitoring resident satisfaction to ensure a positive living experience
- Physically inspecting the community daily to address issues and ensure the property meets our standards
- Overseeing and directing all administrative duties in accordance with company policy
- Exhibiting a strong commitment to our tenants
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Community Director is required
- Experience managing A-Class properties is required
- Experience with OneSite Property Management software is preferred
- Strong background in Accounting/Finance with proven skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Word/Excel is preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
