- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of their property, ensuring it is maintained in good physical condition and is a stabilized fiscal operation

- Oversees the performance of all team members and works with subordinate supervisors as needed

- Reviews property financial data regularly to ensure budget, benchmarks, and goals are being met; rewards individual and team success, as well as, addressing times when they are not

- Works with residents to answer questions and address concerns
- Report accidents and emergency situations to the corporate office immediately and prepares the proper reports
- Continually walks property to ensure presentation is always at its best and takes action when necessary, when anything is not
- Establishes schedules and ensures adequate staff is available on any given day to support the business of leasing apartments and servicing residents
- Oversees training for all employees and works with Service Manager promoting safety throughout the teams and the property
- Ensures the organization of resident functions, directly or through subordinate team members
