- Supervise and help oversee the day-to-day operations of the community
- Responsible for the overall well-being and productivity of the community and office/maintenance team
- Work with prospective and current residents to resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies
- Plan yearly budget, code and pay invoices, and complete monthly reports
- Ensure sales and maintenance teams meet their necessary goals
- Post rents and follow the eviction and move-out processes
- Achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Certifications required Minimum of 2 years property management experience
- Conflict management experience (years)
- Customer Service Experience/years/background
- Ability to work weekends Strong marketing and sales skills
- Property management software knowledge such as Yardi, OneSite, and BlueMoon
- Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
- Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
- Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers, vendors, and customers
- Bachelor’s Degree/Associates/high school
- Certification Section 8 experience
- Section 42 experience
