Job Description
  • Supervise and help oversee the day-to-day operations of the community
  • Responsible for the overall well-being and productivity of the community and office/maintenance team
  • Work with prospective and current residents to resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies
  • Plan yearly budget, code and pay invoices, and complete monthly reports
  • Ensure sales and maintenance teams meet their necessary goals
  • Post rents and follow the eviction and move-out processes
  • Achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certifications required Minimum of 2 years property management experience
  • Conflict management experience (years)
  • Customer Service Experience/years/background
  • Ability to work weekends Strong marketing and sales skills
  • Property management software knowledge such as Yardi, OneSite, and BlueMoon
  • Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
  • Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
  • Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers, vendors, and customers
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Associates/high school
  • Certification Section 8 experience
  • Section 42 experience
