Job Description Overview:  Private IT Company seeks a Privacy Attorney with at least 5 years of  privacy and data protection experience.
 
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of legal practice, including at least 2 years in-house;
  • The ability to work onsite in Atlanta;
  • Experience in privacy and data protection, particularly international issues;
  • Ability to develop innovative approach to legal issues in support of strategic business initiatives and objectives;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment;
  • Active membership and good standing in the GA state bar as well as exceptional academic credentials.
