Duties:

  • Strong component of the company’s growth by selling products and services of a large job search engine to customers across the US.
  • You get to know potential customers in phone calls, emails and via social media and build long-term relationships.
  • Presenting the products of our partner company by telephone, webinar and live on site at the customer’s premises.
  • Work closely with our consulting team and support the customer throughout their entire collaboration with us.
  • You will help build up a sales structure – this means that initiative and creative ideas are required.
  • Provide suggestions and improvements to implemented at lightning speed at Curato, with short decision-making processes.

Your background:

  • Relevant experience in consulting-oriented sales with a focus on up- & cross-selling
  • You are interested in constantly acquiring new knowledge in the field of recruiting and passing it on to our customers.
  • You always act in a customer-oriented manner and are transparent in your communication
  • You are reliable and work in a structured manner
  • Experience in the use of online CRM systems.
  • You are a strong communicator in English and German would be a plus.

Base Salary: $40-60K DOE with realistic on target earnings $100K-150K first year.
