Six Sigma is a critical strategy my client embraces to accelerate improvements in processes, products, and services and to fundamentally reduce manufacturing and/or administrative costs while improving quality. Six Sigma is implemented within every area of the company including administrative functions. This position will develop and guide the OD efforts required to deploy the Lean principles necessary throughout the organization. This position works in concert with other resources, site level leadership teams and support functions as well as contributes process and content improvements.

If you are the type of individual that is results driven with high energy, and proven demonstrated management skill sets mentoring and developing all levels of professionals, you are on track for this position. IF you embrace the Lean Six Sigma principles this could be right up your alley. If you are a classic OD/HR type this position is not the one for you. A Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology or a technical discipline is required. A minimum of 5 years experience in organizational development, organizational effectiveness or leading large-system change. If you have a strong coaching, mentoring and lateral influencing capability, ability to manage conflict and adapt quickly to changes and excellent facilitation and presentation skills this position will definitely be on the top of your want list offering you the challenge and growth that you have been looking for. If you enjoy travel this position will be for you as well.
