If you are a dynamic Electrical Engineer and want to  be part of a vibrant group that emulates the above philosophy, then you need to call me today.   Full Capital Life Cycle project engineering from scoping, evaluation to execution of capital projects. Will provide direction and support at the manufacturing plant which could include troubleshooting, testing, evaluating results and safety.  Establish and implement goals and objectives.  Will support manufacturing by directing contractors, maintenance and designers as required while maintaining integrity of electrical drawings, specifications, programs and other documentation as needed and insure consistency throughout the facility.  Will support or lead:

• Writing of Capital Appropriation Requests (CAR)

• Pre-startup safety reviews (PSSR's)

• Management of Change (MOC) scoping, design

• QA/QC

• Installation, startup assistance, ordering parts and writing work orders (WO's)

• Provide assistance in writing lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) plans to ensure safety during new construction and turnarounds.

If you are the type of individual that is results driven with high energy, and proven demonstrated Electrical Engineering project management  and skill sets for mentoring and developing all levels of professionals, you are on track for this position. If you embrace the fundamentals and knowledge of Plant Electrical Engineer and high voltage, then this is for you.    A minimum of 8 years directly related experience.  If you have a strong engineering  skills this position will definitely be on the top of your want list; offering you the challenge and growth that you have been looking for. Additionally having extensive knowledge of Capital projects and execution process is critical. Willingness to travel up to 50%.

MUST HAVE:

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering is required

• Minimum of 8 years with design and troubleshooting medium and high voltage equipment related to Petro-Chemical industrial plants is required!

• Ability to manage complex projects

PREFERRED:

• MBA or advanced degree

• Six Sigma Certified (Green Belt or Black Belt)

• PE (Professional Engineer) license a plus
