About our client: IT Service
Your Role:
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer who can handle troubleshooting and support for our clients' systems (e.g., PC, Printers, Servers, software, Networking Hardware etc). The applicant must have a driver’s license and your vehicle for visiting customers' office.
Responsibilities:
・Support for customers to solve related issues of PC, Server and Microsoft Azure
・ Assist and support internal/external users with installation, upgrading, configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing usability of workstations (desktops/laptops), printers, peripheral equipment, networking hardware, VPN, and software. (on-site and remote)
・Provides advanced level technical support with the Microsoft suite of products (Windows 10, Office 2016, etc.)
・ Incident management (Create, manage, and update trouble tickets using the company ticketing system as necessary), escalation of problems when unable to resolve
・Create and update System Document, Operation Manual, Knowledge Base, Trouble History, etc.)
・Report to supervisor
・Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
About You
Minimum Qualifications:
・2+ years of TCP/IP network work experience or equivalent knowledge.
・Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to individuals, customers, vender/carrier, and team staffs in both English and Japanese.
・Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals in both English and Japanese.
・Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, forms, and instructions.
・Ability to ensure successful completions of all daily tasks (externally and self-assigned)
・Microsoft office products skill (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio etc.)
・Must have driver's license and your vehicle for visiting customers' office.
Preferred Qualifications:
・Helpdesk support experience
・Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Azure
License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
MCSA/MCSE (preferred)
