Publicly traded Food & Beverage Company is seeking an experienced International Trade Attorney to join its legal department.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in customs and importing;
Knowledge of relevant international laws and regulations in various
jurisdictions, with an ability to fully support global issues; Knowledge of valuation, classification, product launch; Ability to get up to speed quickly on new products and technologies as they relate to customs projects; Proven ability to establish strong cross-functional relationships at all levels and geographies; Ability to develop an innovative approach to legal issues in support of strategic business initiatives and objectives; Active membership to the CA state bar required. |
