Would you like to become part of a company that in 5 years has gone public.  Focused on developing, manufacturing and selling innovative surgical devices.   The primary product was released in 2002 and the company received awards through the Office of the Governor for global leadership in implementing innovation. My client has grown to a $35 Million company in just 5 years and a 50.9% increase over total revenues for the second quarter of 2004 and up 3.1% growth since first quarter 2005. They are targeted to be $100MM in 2008. Their unique technology provides doctors with alternative methods for surgical procedures.

You ill be responsible for managing the manufacturing operations of this state of the art medical device facility.  You will handle project management, vendor management, cross functional team leadership, risk management, implement cost reduction programs, and strategic planning.  

With a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent and 10+ years experience in manufacturing management background, including experience in medical device, FDA regulations we need to talk.  Additionally with proven ability to problem solve, and understand product design, manufacturing and quality systems and how everything interacts and the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, aggressive growing organization then you have what we like to see.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree, preferably technical

Experience with project management, vendor management, risk management, cost reduction, bench-top testing and strategic planning in a medical device environment.

Previous "hands-on" engineering background

Class II/III medical device
