- Coordinate all property management activities including day-to-day operations, financial management, reporting, and client/tenant/vendor relations.
- Establish best practices for the property management division and implement efficient systems and processes.
- Utilize property management software for accounting, insurance, financial reporting, and vendor management.
- Manage tenant make-ready projects, including vendor coordination, bid approval, and project oversight.
- Ensure compliance with existing management agreements and client requirements.
- Conduct routine property inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and adhere to operating and capital budgets, expense recovery estimates, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate property-related contracts, services, repairs, and capital projects.
- Prepare and submit financial and operational reports to clients as per requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of commercial property management experience with supervisory responsibility.
- Experience managing industrial buildings, preferably single tenant and multi-tenant properties.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting with clients, vendors, and management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Teams, with property management software and budgeting experience.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with a preference for candidates with CPM or RPA designation.
