My client is a leader in the development and production of embossed barrier and breathable plastic films for the healthcare and hygienic markets as well as specialty graphics arts films. Over four decades ago, they pioneered the development of cloth-like embossed plastic films and added aesthetic appeal to a multitude of personal care products. If you “walk the walk” in Lean initiatives and continuous improvement, you're going to want to be part of this growing company.  Do you enjoy driving continuous improvement initiatives leading to cost reductions, process improvements, waste minimization and increased production?  If so, this will be right up your alley. Additionally, supporting and promoting the highest level of safety both personally and with others is a key role. Are you the teacher?  If you enjoy training, teaching and leading continuous improvement that is across the spectrum from management, to operators, vendors and customers. Call me today.   Experience: Bachelor's degree Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or MBB Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience from a production/manufacturing environment.  Plastics experience will bring you to the top of the list.
