Develop and lead continuous improvement, LEAN, Six Sigma methodologies to take the company to a higher level of performance. If you have the ability to create a culture of continuous improvement and implement process improvement projects within the business,  to improve results and increase customer satisfaction,  this position is on target for you.   Your key responsibilities will be leading CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, LEAN, 5S projects relating to safety, environmental, quality, scrap minimization and productivity.  Responsible for implementing process improvement projects, change management and leading cross functional teams to increase productivity and cost reductions using LEAN/5S/TPS methods. 

If you are the type of individual that is results driven with high energy, solid business planning skills and proven demonstrated problem solving skills with Lean systems expertise you are on track for this position.  Additionally, with a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering), strong team management skills , ability to work under pressure with  a minimum of 7-10 years experience then you should contact me today.
