Operating nationally and internationally, this irrigation consultancy endeavours to maximise value for its customers by providing a fully independent design service free from vested interest and product affiliations, allowing them to use the best possible products in the best possible combination. Highly collaborative, the team will draw upon their different areas of expertise to provide plans that are unique and specific to each client, whilst still paying homage to sustainable water practices.

The fully integrated service they provide (from planning, design, construction and evaluation) allows them to be present throughout each aspect of a project’s lifecycle, ensuring excellent results and service.


You will be a key member of a small professional team, providing a range of administration and industry specific services to the local Business Unit Leader, Operations Manager and clients.

This position will require your proactive personality and sound commercial awareness to effectively build relationships that maintain the company’s client base but also further your ability to win business. With your eagerness to learn, you will also have the opportunity to further develop your skill set with formal industry training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and edit professional and technical documents
  • Support the Business Unit leader in conducting on-site inspections
  • Assist in maintaining positive business relationships by becoming a prominent point of contact for the business
  • Manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure accurate and complete records
  • Manage administrative support services


  • A technical awareness and a background in irrigation or plumbing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated knowledge of administrative procedures
  • High level computer skills and an intermediate- advanced knowledge of MS office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Highly organised
  • An understanding of AutoCAD is desirable


  • Post-secondary education in office procedures or a Certificate IV in Business Administration
  • Willing to undergo further training in the future (e.g. obtaining a CID)
