Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive


This Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive candidate will be responsible for the day to day delivery of high quality insurance customer service to highly sophisticated commercial lines clients.  The successful candidate will be very bright, polished and have high level communications skills.

Background Required:  (‘like to haves’)    


·         5 + years of Commercial Lines insurance experience

·         Property and Casualty license

·         CIC, or CISR or similar designation a big plus

·         Demonstrated success managing a book of commercial business

·         Extensive Marketing Experience with P&C Carriers

·         Experience with accounts >$25,000 in premiums

·         Negotiations experience with Carriers

·         Customer Interface Experience

·         Very team oriented

·         Customer service oriented

·         Organized and able to multi-task

·         Must be detail oriented

·         Excellent customer relation skills

·         Methodical

·         Collaborative

·         No management experience required



·         Service and maintenance of mid-market to large commercial accounts

·         Consult and interact with commercial customers

·         Handle updates to accounts

·         Work with current clients handling inquiries, policy changes, etc

·         Work alongside sales producers

·         Driving new business through renewals



Salary: commensurate with experience

Commissions on new business supported (10%)
