Insurance Producer – Richmond Region

Background Required:       

  • Needs to have some demonstrated success as a sales professional
  • Attention Account Managers:  Would consider an experienced Account Executive with a strong interest in driving new sales and being a commercial producer
  • A focus in commercial lines or group life & health or financial services
  • Demonstrated success with medium size commercial clients that have at least $25k in annual premiums.  Preferred profile would be $25 – 100k + in annual premiums
  • Needs to be a “hunter” and willing and able to generate new revenues (commissions to the insurance agency) of at least $75,000 per year
  • A direct sales background AND closer
  • Must be able to develop long term relationships with the local business community, property management associations, Chambers of Commerce, local contractor organizations, and related organizations
  • Must be a consultative seller and NOT a transactional seller
  • Excellent relationship-builder and team player


Background Preferred:   

  • Bachelors or Associates Degree
  • Specific experience with local area businesses
  • Community leader of heavily involved
