Job Description

Vice President Business Development - Healthcare

Our client is a technology company, focused on repeat customer correspondence for their clients, delivered on paper or online. They are finishers, integrating with leading core software and wisely managing data to ensure that their client’s outward communication is targeted intelligently, communicated personally and thoughtfully designed to streamline the revenue cycle and save money.  They are in the Northeast and need a VP Business Development to join their team. In this role, you will work with prospects, clients, and software partners for critical, repeat customer correspondence applications such as statement processing.   You will build strong partnerships and gain consistent access to C-level decision makers for patient friendly statement processing applications. 


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Secure appointments with decision makers at leading hospitals and medical groups
  • Secure appointments with decision makers at existing accounts for repeat transaction applications
  • Close new business with both new and existing clients
  • Further develop thriving healthcare billing software partnerships such that the company is recommended as the source for managing data to ensure clients’ outward communication is both efficient and fully achieves the desired impact
  • Protect and grow existing, assigned accounts

 

Requirements:

  • Possess strong industry experience to effectively target hospitals and medical groups
  • Proven track record of sales success with senior decision makers to understand the core business processes, data management potential for industry impact, and various success strategies for healthcare billing, enabling the company to be a respected partner
  • Epic and eClinicalWorks software experience is helpful
  • Numerous healthcare industry C-level decision maker
