 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and expand existing account base
  • Cultivate and develop new business calling into target accounts within your specific industry niche
  • Full life cycle recruiting - assessing client needs and sourcing passive candidates
  • Complete a comprehensive training program to become an elite Search Consultant

 Qualifications: 

  • Previous successful B2B sales experience in our industry focus a must
  • Full life cycle recruiter experience in permanent placement a plus
  • Proven prospecting, negotiation and closing skills, keeping up with industry trends is essential
  • Entrepreneurial Self- motivated, organized, able to multi-task, prioritize and work well under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree
