Our client is on a mission to free the world of anxiety and depression. Their social anxiety program was published in the Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology in June 2017, and they were featured in Apple’s app store as a Best App of 2017.

They are hiring client coaches for full-time positions. As a coach, you will help motivate and provide accountability each week through calls and chat. You will provide human connection, motivation, guidance, and emotional support to members. This is a unique opportunity to have a meaningful impact on many of their members’ lives as they work through their award-winning digital therapy app in their 8-week digital CBT programs for anxiety and depression. As someone who gets to know their clients firsthand, you’ll also play a critical role in providing feedback to the rest of their team to continuously improve upon the product and the overall client experience. A license is not required for this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Personalize your clients’ program experience to their needs and goals with a focus on client satisfaction and engagement with the program
  • Conduct weekly phone calls with each client to hear their challenges and guide them toward more helpful thoughts and behaviors
  • Create weekly touch points via text and email to help clients make progress in their program
  • Reflect your members’ successes as they reach program milestones
  • Serve as a program content expert for members
  • Collaborate with our clinical, product, data, and operations teams to continuously improve the member experience

Compensation:

$16.00 per hour
Up to $2.00 per hour in additional hourly rate
