Your Role- This is a very critical role for the business in the region, self-driven & passionate individual will be able to thrive and succeed. You'll be responsible for delivering the topline and bottom-line growth by selling Customer Value Propositions to preferred segments, channels and sectors through a network. Devising the RTM strategy for distributors. Develop strong and credible distribution standards and performance ensuring distributors have the right sales techniques, target setting process, performance review process and sales capabilities. Managing B2B & B2C channels
This role is responsible for the NIGERIA and The Economic Community of West African States based out of Lagos
Must Have- Degree level education / Master’s degree in a relevant discipline would be preferred but is not essential subject to proven business experience. Minimum of 5 to 7 years proven and successful sales experience managing sales growth through Distributors in the lubricants, associated automotive / chemical business, FMCG or any other retail distribution driven industry in The Africa region. Strong B2B exposure in Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Coastal Marine
