|Job Description||Our Client: One of the leading regional player in Middle East with diversified business interest in on a look out for a Head of Legal|
Your Role: You will be responsible for managing relationships with key executive subsidiary business partners and stakeholders: clarifies partner intentions and needs, translates into relevant legal topics, directs resources to address legal issues and needs. Coordinating and managing subsidiary legal staff; communicates subsidiary legal direction, obtains staff input make legal priority and trade-off decisions. Assisting with legal aspects of sales and procurement contracts: revises/monitors disclaimer, terms and conditions on forms, invoices. Proven ability to negotiate and draft commercial contracts. Drafting large commercial contracts with third parties and / or suppliers. Development and production of formal legal and regulatory related documentation
Must Have: You will have experience in FMCG/Hospitality/ Retail industry with minimum of 8+ years of experience with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills as you will be engaging with senior management, executive board members and key stakeholders. You will have a proven track record of successfully advising board members and senior stakeholders on a range of legal matters. Clear and timely decision making skills, making those decisions based on judgement after considering all facts, risks, constraints and available options. This includes anticipating and understanding the consequences of the decisions and taking responsibility for the implications of the action taken. Fluency in English and Arabic is an absolute must have.
