Our Client: A high-end fashion lifestyle marketplace company in the Middle East.
Your Role: The role would be working closely with the Marketing Manager and E-commerce Manager. Responsible for handling multiple demands while being well organized and promote best practices for content display & dissemination and ensure compliance standards are being met. Ensure having the right data per item, production description, images dimension/size format and update it to the master file. Maintain the right stock level, update the pricing and ensure to place the item in the right category by brand, gender, size, color etc. Design and update the homepage and banner communication/artworks as per weekly plan to maintain and provide best online experience. Coordinate with marketplace sellers to ensure obtaining all data for product listing as per guidelines. Copywriting and manage content on Shopify and Magento platform. Listing of new items uploaded and delisting. Coordinate with the creative agency for the newsletter and push notification. Analyze business and user requirements and recommend solutions on design and development of web based e-commerce solutions.
Must Have: Bachelors Degree in a related field, E-commerce or Marketing. 5-8 years of relevant experience in an E-commerce/Marketplace environment with expertise in design, digital content strategy, or content management and or web merchandising. Proven track record of creating excellent content and familiar information architecture, site mapping and page-level layouts. Strong creative sensibilities, a visual eye for design aesthetics. A passion for UX and the digital world, with a good awareness of current trends in E-commerce or Marketplace world. Demonstrate skills in editing, writing and proofreading. A self-starter, attention to detail and eager to learn with less supervision. Experience working with Shopify and Magento platform. Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic would be added advantage.
