Our Client: A regional advisory firm with a substantial footprint in the consulting business across the GCC region.
Your Role: Manages one or more Management Consulting engagements. Provides technical knowledge, coaching and training to junior team members. Ensures effective engagement management by achieving the required realization, revenue and profitability targets. Participate in day-to-day management of team on engagements including coaching, providing constructive feedback and performance development. This role also has an increased focus on business development and building networks.
Must-Have: Minimum of 7-8 years of relevant experience with at least 1-2 years in a similar role. Work experience with Big 4/Strategy houses/Boutique firms. Master’s degree in Business Administration; or Qualified chartered/management accountant
