Your Role: We are looking for a sales professional to head the Country sales agenda. As the markets come under pressure of various economical / socio-political impact the need of the hour is to hire a "thought leader" who can make a difference by challenging the status quo in the current markets. It requires a differentiated thinking and approach to gain market share. You will build and lead the country team to deliver / exceed the agreed business results through processes and activities. You'll ensure competence and motivation of the entire team, through regular feedback / coaching and use of the Performance Management System
Must Have: You must carry 5+ years fmcg and preferably beverage & impulse category experience to be able to hit the ground running. Prior experience in the Nigeria market is a MUST . Good career progression and empowerment on the role for the career driven. Need an excellent blend of Marketing & sales experience. Commercial acumen is a MUST. Open for any Nationality
