Your Role: Candidate will be responsble Managing local & international network/pipeline of Real-Estate agents in 6800 offices globally. Generating new business revenue while actively maintaining relations with selected clients. Areas specialist has in-depth knowledge about the area or sectors they are covering. Achieve own assigned revenue targets, Ensure all leads and enquiries are attended to. Pro-actively strive to have an in-depth understanding of the local market, advertising, signage requirements, rules and regulations.
The role is commision based only.
Bachelor’s degree with over 2-3 years minimum of experience within UAE Real-Estate Market, residential, commercial, Off-Plan sales or leasing.
RERA Certified brokers preferred
Valid UAE Driving license and own vehicle
Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Database Software, etc.)
Excellent written and oral communication in English
Good personal hygiene and respectful of others in the workplace
