Our Client: A high-end fashion lifestyle marketplace company in the Middle East.
Your Role: Reporting to the COO and CEO, you would be primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the E-Commerce department of the company with a significant online/website and mobile technical development. Handle decision making for the website, social media and other online advertising. Plan and add new categories/products to develop, deliver & enhance daily operations and customer shopping experience. Explore platforms and add-on solutions. Manage ongoing sales & visitation analysis and reporting. Work closely with the Marketing team to design and manage yearly plan to optimize campaign integration, e-merchandising, platform roll-out and customer journey through insights. Working with the development of ERP, CRM, E-commerce platforms, payment gateways and collections of COD.
Must Have: Bachelors Degree in a related field, E-commerce or Marketing. 8-10 years of relevant experience in an E-commerce/Marketplace/On-line retail environment with deep understanding of website management. Flexible and creative approach towards work and adapt quickly to the fast changing environments. Demonstrate excellent problem solving skills. Experience in Shopify and Magento platform. Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic would be added advantage.
