Job Description

Our Client: is a leading Real Estate Developer Head Quartered in Dubai, UAE with a huge presence globally.

Your Role: Help set up the office in China from scratch and implementing and integrating their HR policies within China, Stakeholder Management. Your main responsibility will include to Drive and implement the HR strategy to deliver business goals. Implement strategies, policies and processes which help employees and the business to achieve high levels of performance while working as an internal HR Consultant to matters relating to employees. In addition to the above you will be responsible for Talent Identification, Acquisition and management to improve the existing manpower potential of the organization along with the coordination with Shared Services and Expertise Team to deliver efficient and effective HR services to the business. Improving the performance of the employees at all levels of the business through implementation of tools and systems developed by the expertise team and drive the performance agenda will be a part of your KPI’s.

Must Have: Someone who has helped set up MNC offices in China. 8 – 10 years of experience in HR with 4 years’ minimum in a managerial capacity with a graduate degree in HR management or Business preferably with an MBA in HR
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Only English & Chinese speaker considered.
