Our Client: A leading healthcare solution partner for internationally mobile individuals worldwide.
Your Role: An energetic, organized and detail oriented individual who will provide administrative support to the team. Manage the process for insurance claims, attending inquiries from providers on the subject of claim, eligibility, covered benefits and approval status issues. Encoding of claims into the system utilizing knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 codes and medical terminology. Reading and assessing medical documents.
2-3 years experience with Bachelors degree or equivalent; medical related degree preferred (Pharmacist, Nurse, Medical Technologist, Doctor…)
Prior customer service and administrative experience.
Multilingual - Excellent verbal and communication skills in English, French and Arabic is a plus
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize workload whilst sticking to the given deadlines.
Ability to multi-task, thrive a high pressure environment and work on own initiative.
Excellent MS Office skills.
