Our Client: A conglomerate with diversified businesses across the EMEA is looking to hire a General Manager for their foods business (B2B & B2C).
Your Role: We are looking for candidates who have experience in operations, sales & marketing with at least 3-5 years of experience in management with P&L responsibility. Exposure to international markets (Europe, Africa) would be highly preferred. With full accountability for manufacturing operations, brand building and sales . Looking at ensuring the achievement of budgeted sales and profits you would set the business goals to ensure that the different countries across MENA are on track with their commercial outcomes, shape and deploy strategies specific to each country and channels and ensure they fit the wider vision of the organization.
Must Have: Candidates need to have experience in the food/culinary/snacks business. The position is open for overseas candidates. Would encourage ladies with relevant experience to apply for the role.
