Our Client: A leading retail chain is looking for a Regional HRBP to join their team.

Your Role: You will be responsible for Strategizing and manage the operations of the Human Resources Department. The role will drive excellence in talent, change, employee relations, performance and engagement through partnering with the leadership and senior management teams. This is a true Business Partnering role that would suit someone who enjoys a hands on role and who has the ability to successfully drive change with exceptional stakeholder management and project management skills. You will have the ability to influence at all levels.This role is an ideal opportunity to gain experience in a fast paced environment which will give you ownership and exposure.

Must Have: Degree holder in business administration and/or HR management with a minimum 8+ years’ experience in HR role(s) in comparable organizations. You will be proactive; solutions focused, agile and have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Saudi Nationals will only be considered for this role.
