Our Client: One of the leading consumer goods organization in the Middle East and Africa region.
Your Role: We are looking for a seasoned finance professional who has in-depth experience in the consumer goods industry. It is critical that you have hands-on experience in factory/plant operations, have played a key role in greenfield or brownfield projects. Need an enthusiast who enjoys thriving in a new setup and creating from scratch, an influencer team leader and has to be one who can thrive well in ambiguity. Lead the finance team on day-to-day matters, local taxation, treasury, budgeting & planning. Deliver the overall business plans financial KPI’s and implementing best practice financial models and process. The candidate will be a self-motivated team player with effective communication skills and an extraordinary ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The Finance Manager will act as an adviser to the senior stakeholders in managing the business, will be a business partner. He'll create the policies and processes from scratch. Needs to have a very strong background of internal controls and processes. Powerful work experience in Manufacturing finance is important.
University degree in Finance Discipline, Professional Certification in Accounting – ACCA, ICAN etc, 10+ year’s experience in Finance and consumer goods/food production industry is an absolute must-have.
