Our Client: A leading Multinational is looking to bring on board a Regional Market Manager to join their in team in United Arab Emirates.
Your Role: Reporting into the Market Manager ME, the aim of this role is growing the business across Middle East. The incumbent would be responsible for driving business in distribution channel and will be managing multiple countries in Middle East. The role would carry the sales P&L responsibility for the countries assigned, along with planning, Forecasting, Managing distributor, Insights, Business Development. Analyzing & identifying new business opportunities & new market openings for new & existing products. Achieving substantial and significant growth for the company. Responding to customer needs & market trends. Reviewing monthly performance of the channel partners, analyzing achievement V/S business plan.
Currently leading multinational brands with a track record of turning around challenger brands to leading ones.
Proficiency with numbers and capacity to identify what drives business outcomes.
A Proactive, motivating and self-starting individual would succeed in this role
Hands on, proactive and problem solving mentality will prove to be vital
Excellent coaching skills, a Team player and Outstanding Negotiation skills.
