Our Client: A leading online retail company
Your Role: Incumbent would handle the entire customer journey and manage the call center department and the catalog team. They would need to have a strong experience in operations, excellent in reports, dashboards numbers, and analytics.
Must Have: Ecommerce background an advantage. Minimum 8- 12 years of experience as a Customer Service Director managing large teams. Very strong leadership skills and a go getter
