Our Client: A leading FMCG Company.

Your Role:
Looking for an experienced professional currently managing and expansion of various accounts like Key Accounts (Modern Trade, General Trade, Wholesale), Distributors and End User Clients. Setting direction and managing through the distributors. Responsible for Managing the P&L, Budgeting, Pricing Margins. Lead the sales team by strategizing plans and striving to achieve the targets. Deep understanding of the country’s market. Maintaining and Building new relations with business partners. Manage KPIs.

Must Have: 10+ years of sales management experience with relevant Bachelor’s Degree and MBA. Should be a motivator, negotiator, team player and multi-tasker. Good knowledge of MS Office required.
