Our Client: A leading conglomerate in the region.
Your Role: Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls. Set Sales target with the team. Track Sales goals and results as necessary. Oversee activity and performance of the sales team. Coordinate with marketing on lead generation. Develop Sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge training.
Must Have: Bachelor’s Degree, 12+ years experience in plastic industry with at least 5 years at managerial level and specifically with FILM (heavy duty shopping bags, loop handle bags, wicketed bags, grip hole bags, etc. ) THERMOFORMING, INJECTION MOLDING or BLOW MOLDING division.
Knowledge in Plastic industry in KSA specifically in Jeddah or Riyadh regions.
Should be available in Saudi Arabia and with transferrable Iqama.
Good in Arabic & English language.
