|Job Description||Our Client: Our client a leading luxury retail chain is looking for a HR Manager to join their team in Riyadh. |
Your Role: reporting to the HRD, you will be responsible for Strategizing and manage the operations of the Human Resources Department. This includes responsibility for the functions of Recruitment, Induction, Training, Development and Separation of Associates, as per the HR cycle. It also involves Policy Administration, Industrial Relations, Salary and Benefit programs, Safety & Security, Employment Contracts and Records and Organizational development. You will be strongly orated on the staffing and implementation of key HR processes and policies. You will ensure proper staffing in a timely manner but as well ensuring the growth of our talent pipeline.
Must Have: Degree holder in business administration and/or HR management with a minimum 9+ years’ experience in HR role
