Our Client- Leading Conglomerate undergoing transformation across the region is looking out for a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

Your Role- You'll work strategically and will be driving competence across business function at group level which is not just restricted to hiring. Talent acquisition strategies are particularly critical for the client. You'll be projecting future needs and will always be scouting for the best talent due to its role in achieving faster growth besides helping in finding the right talent in a short period of time to lead that growth forward. Your role will be critical in building a stronger company, fostering teamwork, and boosting productivity. Key focus would be on Employer Branding, leveraging technology and building best-in-class insights/data to make informed hiring decisions. You'll be taking initiatives to turn passive interest into active interest by nurturing candidates. Some of these initiatives are going to be the standard for talent acquisition in the future for your function (Have you innovated one??) Hence in search of our PURPLE UNICORN who stands out as an OUT OF THE BOX thinker and solution seeker….

Must Have- 10+ Years of experience in Talent Acquisition, 5+ years at the leadership level. Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives

Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks).Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases. Good team-management abilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)

Global perspective and experience in Talent Acquisition is a MUST. Arabic language skills are preferable.
