Your Role: An expert in the real estate business who has well-rounded experience in facilities management and sales. You would oversee the direct planning and monitoring of residential properties and communities function & processes. Identifying and establishing long-term lease rentals at the optimum price points, looking at sales transactions, including terms structuring and negotiations. Develop and execute comprehensive technical plans and programs, both short and long term, to achieve the stated company's objectives regarding revenue, profitability and market share.
Must-Have: 10+ years of transactional real estate experience in the Saudi market. Proven experience with progressive responsibility in the real estate or related field..Degree held in a property related subject. Transferable Iqama is a must-have.
