Job Description

Your Role: You would the "thought leader” and growth enabler for the entire businesses in Saudi. Carrying the accountability for tdeveloping and executing a centralized approach to manage the capacity of all resources in these functions, creating synergies for seamless process flow and optimisation of available resources, participate in the Groups strategy and decision making to achieve goals as a subject matter expert, you would need a strong mix of IQ and EQ to influence and manage "mental" road blocks that occur with any change. Leveraging your experience and expertise you would embed best practices, financial acumen, ROI and an optimized supply chain function. Contract negotiations would also lie under your purview.

Must Haves: CA / CPA with 12 to 15 years of experience experience in the hospitality industry and change transformation is highly desired.
