Your role : To get the ball rolling we need a thought manager who can look at the big picture and at the same time role up his/ her sleeve to ensure the department is aligned to the business needs.
Design, deliver & execute a detailed Performance Management System, Learning & Development Framework & Initiatives through effective Rewards and Recognition program(s), in order to, drive higher levels of employee accountability and to increase productivity across. Deliverables & KPI’s for this role will cover all employees.
Managing, designing and executing L&D Calendar for the organization along with initiating new Rewards and Recognition programs for the employees. Incumbent would be responsible for employee engagement, internal communications and Change Management. Putting the PMS Systems in place and make sure the execution is done in the right manner.
Must Have :
Post Graduate in Human Resources
Minimum of 5 - 8 years’ experience in talent development
Prefer L&D certifications on facilitations
