Your Role: Managing the Kingdom you would need to lead and develop the sales team to deliver sales strategies and sales fundamental in addition to build people capabilities to achieve division target The role requires the incumbent to have quality experience in managing direct distribution, do the negotiations with the key accounts which would be the major retailers in the perfumes, cosmetics and luxury, manage the relationships with the principals and look to engage new principals for the portfolio. Direct the Sales team and establish sales targets by brand, by channel, by region, by month. It requires someone with entrepreneurial abilities coupled with in-depth understanding of different channels, their driving USP’s, market conditions and the challenges therein as you would be required to fix existing issues and steeply accelerate the growth path.
Must Haves: Minimum of 15+year’s exp. in managing sales and distribution functions, last 5 years in National leadership roles. KSA market experience is mandatory. Looking for a results driven sales professional from the perfumes/ cosmetics arena. Have a progressive track record of revenue and profit growth, developing and implementing successful strategies, building process efficiency while maintaining the competitive edge in a challenging and competitive market space and changing realities.
