This role would have to partner report to the CHRO and work in creating a future-fit organization, managing a 6500 + employee strength you would need to have prior experience in Leading the HR department, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management and the financial planning of the department. Evolving the HR and training function. Developing and implementing HR initiatives. Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning. Developing people and employment policies. To further develop a framework which delivers a motivated and engaged workforce including recognition, reward and individual development.
Must Have: The job needs an incumbent from the HR arena who understands ROI of the HR function on the business, has created a positive impact on the same, has been a part of the strategy development team, ensured that human capital agenda had a stake in the same, took prudent risks and created a master plan by which the organization remains not only agile but deeply engaged.
