|Job Description||Our Client: A leading Conglomerate with diverse businesses are looking to hire a Country Sales Manager for their Feed business in Egypt.|
Your Role: The incumbent would be responsible to set up the new business, recruit the relevant team and the customer base to achieve the organizations' sales objectives. Reporting into the country head, this position would require the incumbent to Develop and implement sales strategies, lead the sales team country wide and ensure a smooth functionality between the key accounts and the business.
Must Haves: A Minimum of 10 years' work experience out of which the past 3 years' must be at a managerial level.
Must have a Masters degree in Business Administration or Equivalent principle.
Must be able to handle a large number of customer base.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
